Impact: 
With a later last call, we will see a lot more people enjoying entertainment after their hard day at work. As well we will see those who are working in the bars and markets receive more people who want to stay out longer. Especially in the larger cities, we are now seeing a larger amount of people who enjoy being out late. As well we are coming into the age of California where it does not sleep much like New York.

Debate Summary

Present your argument: 

When we extend the time for Last Call and Selling of alcohol at various locations, we are increasing the revenue for multiple businesses not just those who sell it. With ride share programs like Uber and Lyft, they too would be affected by an increase in the amount of people using and contributing to the cash flow. As well, we will hope to see more public transportation being used as well.
